iMeem for Android and iPhone

Imeem is a free music service that can stream music, you can create custom radio stations based on your musical preferences and access your own music collection. Through the Imeem uploader you put music from your PC and add it to your Imeem library. This can be done by a simple drag and drop action or imported from your iTunes library.

The use of Imeem is free, but you will have to register first and download the Uploader.
